Services can be provided virtually through video and phone conferencing. I receive supervision from Registered Psychotherapist Bonney Elliot as part of my ongoing growth and development.

Psychotherapy, Clinical Supervision, and Consultation services are $150 for each 50 minute session. Providing financially accessible services is something I care deeply about given my desire for a more equitable society and financial privilege. As such, I offer sliding scale spots as low as $40 per 50 minute session for clients who experience financial barriers. Payments are accepted by e-transfer or credit card. If you have extended health benefits, please check with your insurance provider whether services by a psychotherapist are covered under your plan. Psychotherapy services can be claimed as a medical expense tax deduction when filing your income tax return.
